The use of the INTERNIF Service may be subject to additional terms or conditions provided by INTERNIF, which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

By registering for or otherwise using the INTERNIF Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy and Cookie Policy, and all additional incorporated rules.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the INTERNIF Service or access any of its content.

User Accounts

You must have an account for most activities on our platform, including purchasing content, accessing content, or submitting content for publication. To create and maintain your account, you must provide and continue to maintain accurate and complete information, including a valid email address.

You bear full responsibility for your account and everything that occurs on it, including any harm or damage (to us or anyone else) caused by someone using your account without your permission. Users who wish to benefit from our services must pay the fees for their selected packages and modules in advance. In corporate or delegated account structures, users holding System Administrator privileges may grant or revoke permissions for other users; internal authorization processes within this scope remain entirely outside our Company's responsibility.

Services Provided by Us

As INTERNIF, we provide users on our platform with job simulations to develop professional competencies, internship processes conducted with global Host Companies, mentorship sessions, performance evaluations, and verifiable international experience records.

Subject to compliance with the terms set forth in this agreement and other policies published on our website, users may benefit from the services they require upon payment of the applicable fees.

INTERNIF is not a private employment agency or job placement bureau. Under no circumstances shall an employment contract or labor relationship within the scope of Turkish Labor Law No. 4857 or foreign labor legislation be established between INTERNIF or the Host Company and the User; the services provided are strictly intended for professional experience, training, and practical skill acquisition.

INTERNIF reserves the right to modify the content of the services offered to users and the applicable payment policies at any time. We will keep users informed of scope-of-service modifications via designated communication channels to ensure transparency.

Your Use of Our Services

You must create a user account to access all or part of the Services. Your username and password are for your personal use only and must be kept confidential.

You are responsible for all use of your username and password (including any unauthorized use). If your username or password is lost or stolen, or if you believe there has been unauthorized access to your account, notify our user support team immediately.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions (including any other applicable terms), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license (collectively, "Access") to make personal, non-commercial use of the Services. All right, title, and interest in and to the INTERNIF platform and Services, including our website, existing and future applications, APIs, databases, and content submitted or provided by our employees and partners through the Services, are and will remain the exclusive property of INTERNIF and its licensors.

Our platform and services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws of both Türkiye and foreign jurisdictions. Nothing grants you the right to use the INTERNIF name or any INTERNIF trademarks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand features.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by you or other users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of INTERNIF and its licensors, where applicable.

Our Services and Platform are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Türkiye and foreign nations.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

You assign to the Company all right, title, and interest in any Feedback you provide. If such assignment is ineffective for any reason, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sub-license, distribute, modify, and exploit such Feedback without restriction.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, INTERNIF, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates, respective licensors, and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

This disclaimer includes all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, as well as warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage, or trade practice.

INTERNIF only commits to safeguarding data confidentiality within the internal technical infrastructure of its platform. Data retention and processing are set forth in our Privacy Policy. Without limiting the foregoing, INTERNIF provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation that the Service will meet your requirements, achieve intended results, be compatible, or work with any other software, applications, systems, or services, or operate without interruption.

Without limiting the foregoing, neither INTERNIF nor any provider makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied:

We may decide to discontinue certain features of the Services at any time and for any reason. Under no circumstances shall INTERNIF or its affiliates, suppliers, partners, or agents be held liable for any damages resulting from such interruptions or the unavailability of such features. We shall not be liable for non-performance or delayed performance of any Services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as war, hostilities, sabotage, natural disasters, electrical, internet, or telecommunication outages, or governmental restrictions.

Notwithstanding any damages you might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms, and your exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Service, or to zero if you have not purchased anything through the Service. You agree that your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction or issue with the Services is to uninstall all INTERNIF software and cease using the INTERNIF Services.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by INTERNIF. INTERNIF assumes no responsibility or liability for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that INTERNIF shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services.

Content and Rules of Conduct

You may use INTERNIF only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for all content you publish on our platform. Reviews, questions, posts, and other uploaded content must comply with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws at all times.

We reserve the right to block or suspend your account in the event of repeated or material violations. If you believe someone is infringing your copyright on our platform, please notify us.

You may not access the Services, use the Services, or create an account for unlawful purposes.

Your use of the Services and conduct on our platform must comply with applicable local and national laws and regulations. You bear sole responsibility for knowing and complying with the laws and regulations applicable to you.

Users under the age of 18 may only register and use INTERNIF services with explicit parental or legal guardian consent. All activities and services received on the platform by users under 18 remain under the supervision and legal responsibility of the registered parent or guardian.

Payments, Refunds, and Pricing Policy

Users must purchase service packages via the platform to access INTERNIF's paid Services. A valid credit card and/or advance payment method is required to complete purchases. Payments are collected on a per-package basis and are non-refundable. Upon purchasing a package, any active free trial period terminates immediately, and the paid service term commences.

Platform service fees are paid as one-time purchases and are non-refundable. Separate distance sales agreement approvals will be obtained from users during the checkout process.

INTERNIF reserves the right to determine and update its service packages and pricing tiers at its sole discretion at any time.

Payments may be processed via available online payment gateways (such as "Stripe"). Payment cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. Card credentials are not stored by us; we expressly disclaim any liability regarding the retention or processing of card details by external payment infrastructure providers.

Payments may be remitted to INTERNIF corporate entities incorporated in Türkiye or the United Kingdom. Payments originated outside Türkiye will be processed via Stripe credit card infrastructure under the UK entity. Payments from within Türkiye may be processed via Stripe using credit cards or other supported localized methods. Packages sold within Türkiye are priced and billed exclusively in Turkish Lira (TRY).

Any promotions provided through the Service may be subject to separate rules distinct from these Terms and Conditions.

INTERNIF reserves the right to amend Service pricing policies at any time.

User Support, Information, Inquiries, and Complaints

Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, excluding its conflict of laws principles. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws depending on your jurisdiction of residence.

Most disputes can be resolved amicably; please contact our Help Center team before initiating formal legal proceedings.

Provided the claim qualifies for such jurisdiction, either party may bring an action in a small claims or municipal court located in (a) İzmir, Türkiye, (b) the country where you reside, or (c) any other mutually agreed jurisdiction.

Both parties agree that claims may only be brought against each other on an individual basis. This means: (a) neither party may assert a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action; (b) an arbitrator may not combine multiple individuals' claims into a single proceeding (nor preside over any consolidated, class, or representative proceeding); and (c) an arbitrator's decision in an individual proceeding shall only affect the individual claimant, shall not affect other users, and cannot be used to decide disputes involving third-party users.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you and INTERNIF agree to resolve any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions (or our other legal policies), regardless of the nature of the claim or legal theory, through final and binding arbitration.

If either party brings a claim in court that is subject to mandatory arbitration and the other party refuses arbitration, the opposing party may petition a court to compel arbitration (compelled arbitration). Either party may also request a court to stay legal proceedings while arbitration remains pending.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

If you or INTERNIF breaches these Terms and Conditions, or if INTERNIF suspends your access to the Services, you acknowledge that INTERNIF shall have no liability or responsibility to you (except as expressly provided herein or required by mandatory law), and shall not refund any amounts already paid.

About These Terms

We may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time by providing reasonable advance notice of significant changes, including by posting updated Terms on the relevant INTERNIF Service prior to their effective date. INTERNIF reserves the right to amend or alter these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion at any time.

Such modifications will not apply retroactively to any dispute between you and us arising prior to the date on which we published the updated Terms and Conditions incorporating such changes or otherwise notified you thereof.
